From contact between the Lenape and the first European settlers in the 1600s, people from around the world have called Chester County home. Our speaker is Ellen Endslow from the Chester County Historical Society’s Speakers Bureau and her topic is “Many Nations/Chester County” which celebrates 300 years of diversity through the lens of migration.
Learn about the ways national and international events have led to such a diverse population that continues to make a significant impact on our community. All are welcome at our first CHS meeting of the spring on May 11. Come on out and learn about our local history.
Thank you for keeping me on your mailing list.
Will you restart the annual patrons party? I recall them as being some of the best gatherings in Chester County.
Thank you for your comment. I will forward to the CHS board.
